Mindful Yoga

Introducing a gentle class for those interested in learning yoga in a safe and gentle environment. Class includes gentle stretches, balance, mindfulness, breathing as well as simple movements designed to reduce stress and promote relaxation and well-being.

This class will involve a balance of Yin and Flow Yoga with longer held poses to increase flexibility and encourage a feeling of relaxation and release while also quieting the mind. This class is for everyone seeking self-awareness for both mind and body.

  • 3-week sessions will be on Saturdays 9:00-10:00 a.m. in the amount of $45

  • Clients must pay at the time of the first scheduled class or receive an email from Melissa Berg with an online payment link prior to the first class.  Clients can also pay the front desk with cash or check.    

  • Must have at least 4 clients scheduled for each class to occur; maximum 9.  If not, clients will be contacted and refunded their payment.

  • Yoga mats, blocks, bolsters, and blankets available at River Valley but feel free to bring your own as desired.

  • Sign up for 2 months at once and pay $85!
