Psychotherapy Yoga

What is Psychotherapy Yoga?
Psychotherapy Yoga integrates traditional psychotherapy with yoga in a holistic way to effectively treat and improve emotional and psychological conditions.
We use body movement, breath-work, mindfulness, and discussion to promote your mental health.

Psychotherapy yoga is helpful in treating:

• Depression
• Anxiety
• Stress
• Trauma
• Chronic pain
• Stress-related conditions

No yoga experience required.

Classes are offered on Monday evenings at 6:00PM.  Please call our front desk to schedule an intake with a provider to see if you are right for the class!  Call 952-746-7664.

The American Heart Association recommends yoga as an important tool for a healthy heart, and as a way to
decrease stress and anxiety due to heart-related conditions.
