Dialectical Behavior Therapy

DBT therapy is a type of cognitive behavioral therapy. The main goal is to learn skills to cope with stress, to regulate emotions, and to improve relationships with others. The major emphasis is on mindfulness, stress reduction, healthy coping skills, and doing what works.

It will provide a sacred space to discuss day-to-day struggles of life that result in negative self-talk, identity issues, discouragement, low self-esteem and low confidence.

Mondays 6:00PM - 7:00PM Manage your anxiety and stress quickly and effectively through this unique group that combines group psychotherapy with yogic breathing, meditation and postures. No previous experience required. Learn ways to lower stress and anxiety in this relaxing therapy session. If you have tried more traditional Yoga in the past or have yet to, not a problem. Start living your life with less anxiety. Individual yoga psychotherapy sessions are also available upon special request.
